The fourth Home Visiting Annual Outcomes Report presents aggregate data about the outcomes for all Children, Youth, and Families Department administered home visiting programs in Fiscal Year 2016. The report is designed to inform policymakers and practitioners about the Home Visiting System’s impact on families and children in New Mexico.

The Early Childhood Action Network is a statewide group of individuals invited by the Chair of the New Mexico Children’s Cabinet to make recommendations on how to improve the well-being of young children birth to age five and their families. A critical component of children’s readiness for school is ensuring that they achieve optimal development prior to entering kindergarten.
