Event provides public health outreach services for constituents.

The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) will join multiple state agencies for the first ever Governor’s Cabinet in Your Community this Saturday, August 10th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Carpenters Local 1319 Union Hall, 3900 Pan American Hwy NE in Albuquerque, where the NMDOH will be providing multiple services and information opportunities.

  • The Medical Cannabis Program will be on hand to answer questions about enrollment and will be able to provide status updates on patient applications.
  • Developmental Disabilities Support Division will discuss services, including providing information related to the DD Waiver Program, Settlement Agreement (Jackson Lawsuit), and all other concerns relating to the program.
  • The Division of Health Improvement (DHI) will offer one-on-one visits with constituents to talk about any care issues they might have experienced with assisted living, nursing home and non-long-term care health providers.
