New Mexico Childcare/Pre-School/School Entry Immunization Requirements. New Mexico School Nurses are granted Public Health authority by the NM Secretary of Health for collecting and submitting immunization information.
This is a list of provider names.
All VFC providers are required to submit this annual VFC certification form in order to continue receiving VFC vaccines.
The purpose of this protocol is to provide New Mexico Department of Health nurses with information so that they may provide immunization services. Public Health Nurses who have been trained in vaccine handling and administration, and who follow this protocol, are under standing orders from their Region Health Officer.
