Memorial Service Announced for Secretary Retta Ward

Memorial service arrangements have been announced for Secretary of Health Retta Ward.

A Memorial Service for Retta Ward will be held on Wednesday, March 9 @ 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Rivera Family Funeral Home, 417 East Rodeo Rd., Santa Fe, NM.

A formal service will be from 11:00am-noon. Then from noon-1:00pm there will be an informal service, and mourners and well-wishers will have an opportunity to visit with the family and share stories.
 
The family asks anyone who wants to honor Ms. Ward with a gift, to Make a Charitable Donation to the Against Malaria Foundation on Behalf of Retta Ward, or a charity of their choice. Ms. Ward dedicated her life to public health, which is why the family chose the Against Malaria Foundation, a health-related organization that is the top-rated charity worldwide by using the Give Well website.
