Cibola County Health Office Moving
Office will be closed March 24 -29th
The New Mexico Department of Health’s Cibola County Health Office at 515 W. High Street, Suite C, in Grants, is moving to a new location. As a result of the move, no services will be offered from March 24, 2015 through March 29th.
The new Cibola County Health Office is scheduled to open March 30, 2015. It is located at 700 E. Roosevelt, Suite 100, in Grants. The renovated space in the former Lobo Canyon Shopping Center is about 7,770 square feet. It includes four exam rooms, a classroom and staff offices, and is double the size of its old location.
Services provide will include, but are not limited to, immunizations, family planning, WIC and harm reduction.
The new Cibola County Health Office is funded by a $500,000 Community Development Block Grant and Cibola County.
