Department of Health provides COVID-19 testing Saturday in Deming

The New Mexico Department of Health will provide drive thru and walk-up screening for the COVID-19 virus on Saturday, July 4th at the Santa Ana Catholic Church, 400 S. Ruby, from 7:30 to 10:30 am.  Registration will be completed onsite. To streamline the process, individuals are encouraged to complete registration forms before coming to the event. Forms are available at Santa Ana Catholic Church.

Testing is available to New Mexico residents, regardless if they have COVID-19 symptoms or not. Individuals, however, should particularly consider being tested if they have any combination of the following symptoms: cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, and/or loss of taste or smell.

All testing is still FREE OF CHARGE to anyone getting the test, and anyone can get tested, whether they have insurance or not.
