Community Alignment
Family Connects New Mexico uses a community alignment approach, working with community agencies, systems, and individuals to support caregivers and their newborns. This partnership creates a feedback loop that provides updated community connections and referrals. By doing so, Family Connects New Mexico helps families find and use existing community resources to help identify and advocate for resources that are in short supply or unavailable. Family Connects New Mexico works with the community, with the goal of making sure families with young children are supported.
