Regional Offices

Attention!

The Developmental Disabilities Supports Division (DDSD) is moving to the Health Care Authority (HCA). Our current webpages have moved to the Official HCA Website. Please go there for all future DDSD updates.

The Regional Office Bureau (ROB) is the operational arm of the division responsible for the direct oversight of the Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver and State General Fund programs. Oversight responsibilities include case management agency and service provider compliance with standards, regulations, and provider agreements.

The ROB has direct responsibility and is accountable for implementing the initiatives, programmatic changes, and priorities of the Division. In addition, the ROB provides ongoing technical assistance, conflict resolution, contract management, and guidance to individual teams and programs.

Need DDSD Assistance?

DDSD created the Regional Office Request for Assistance RORA, system to promote communication with external and internal partners and to provide a forum for raising concerns to DDSD. DDSD will review all submitted RORAs in a timely fashion then strategically employ assistance as necessary.

Please be aware: This is not an incident report form. Submission of this form does not constitute reporting as required by law. Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation and Deaths must be reported to our toll-free hotline: 1-800-445-6242.

RORAs may now be submitted electronically or via fax.
