Reports
This is an update of the 2006 Improving Developmental Care report. This update reflects the work of the combined Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems (ECCS)-Act Early State Team members, contributing knowledge and vision through work groups formed to compile a useful revised edition.
This first annual report is intended to share important data about the state’s progress toward goals of access, affordability, and quality. The report also highlights areas in need of improvement, and serves as a catalyst for discussion of whether policy choices are effecting meaningful change for families.
The fourth Home Visiting Annual Outcomes Report presents aggregate data about the outcomes for all Children, Youth, and Families Department administered home visiting programs in Fiscal Year 2016. The report is designed to inform policymakers and practitioners about the Home Visiting System’s impact on families and children in New Mexico.
The Early Childhood Action Network is a statewide group of individuals invited by the Chair of the New Mexico Children’s Cabinet to make recommendations on how to improve the well-being of young children birth to age five and their families. A critical component of children’s readiness for school is ensuring that they achieve optimal development prior to entering kindergarten.
