Every year each state is required to submit an Application and Annual Report for the Title V MCH Services Block Grant to the Federal Maternal Child Health Bureau (MCHB) in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
This report reflects the work of the Act Early State Team members, who met over five 3-hour sessions between 2016-2018 to compile a list for families of culturally-relevant, positively-oriented, ways to engage/inform about existing services, and resources using the human-resource design.
